Community Health Needs Assessment

At the root of the work of Healthy By Design is data. We have been working with the community and our coalition to paint an accurate and ongoing picture of the health of Yellowstone County in order to continue to enhance and refine that image.a

In 2005/2006, 2010/2011, 2013/2014, and again in 2016/2017, Billings Clinic, RiverStone Health, and St. Vincent Healthcare collaborated to conduct a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and, with participation from the community at each step in the process, have identified various health priorities that warranted improvement. Please see some of our findings below.
