The Healthy By Design Coalition is a multi-sector collaboration of local organizations, leaders, and residents committed to making the healthy choice, the easy choice throughout Yellowstone County. Our Coalition uses a collective impact approach to our work. Effective community health strategies cannot be led by any one organization or institution – our work truly relies on a team approach. This page includes several resources and reports that we have found helpful to HBD.
